What do I need to become a film director?

I'm a 14 year old girl and i want to be a director. What would i need
to know,how much money would i need and how can i prepare?what skills
would i need? will being a girl make becoming a director harder
because I've noticed most directors are guys...i have a very high
reading level if that matters at all. Thank you! im in drama club too.
